Is this just a pitch for the 12-Week Reset?
No. Dr. Jess takes a handful of new 12-Week Reset clients a month, and only when the data shows a real fit. The Assessment is how we both find out. You keep your Blueprint either way. If it's a fit, the Reset is an invitation, not a pitch.
What do I actually get for $65?
A $373 diagnostic: an InBody 8-segment scan, a movement and mobility screen with a certified coach, a strategy session, a hands-on recovery protocol, and a personalized 12-Week Reset Blueprint built from your numbers, yours to keep.
I'm already in good shape. Why would I need this?
It's a performance baseline, not a remedial program. Even elite operators carry unseen asymmetries and nervous-system load. You can't optimize what you've never measured, and most high performers have never had a clean read.
How is this different from my gym or a recovery spa?
A gym sells sessions. A spa sells relaxation. This is a DPT-built diagnostic, a structured measurement of how your body is performing with a clinician's plan attached. Different category entirely.
